Bottletop Dispensers

 

Bottletop dispensers are a small but valuable piece of laboratory equipment used for dispensing a particular quantity of a liquid accurately and without drips or spillages.

Bottle top dispensers tend to be used in situations in which the same volume of a particular solution is required repeatedly, for example in situations when dispensing buffer solutions, culture media, vitamin solutions, acids, bases, saline solutions, or other solvents. The alternative of manually pouring a solution directly from a bottle into the receptacle is more hazardous, less accurate, more wasteful and more time consuming. Scilogex manufactures four sizes of bottle-top dispenser, accurately dispensing volumes within the range of 0.5–50 mL. This range is suitable for most dispensing operations of this kind.
