Pipette Tips

Disposable, plastic pipette tips are designed to be combined with standard laboratory pipettes and pipettors in order to take up, transport and deliver a measured, and often small, volume of liquid for different laboratory purposes. A great many laboratory procedures rely on the accurate pipetting of measured volumes of liquid, including many analytical and synthetic processes. Pipette tips are therefore an essential, but sometimes undervalued, piece of equipment used commonly in most laboratories.

Disposable pipette and micropipette tips tend to made from molded plastic, and are usually available for purchase in pre-packaged bulk boxes. As part of our overall liquid-handling range, Scilogex manufactures a full range of accurate, precision-made pipette tips offering excellent reproducibility and accuracy.

Like all our liquid-handling products, Scilogex pipette tips are manufactured under the greatest scrutiny and under the highest demands of quality. The pipette tips from Scilogex are manufactured from extremely high purity, virgin polypropylene, and are designed for use in a wide range of pipetting applications. Unlike many disposable pipette tips and micropipette tips, Scilogex disposable tips are proven to be compatible with pipettes from most leading manufacturers, including Eppendorf® pipettes, Gilson® pipettes, Rainin® pipettes, and Thermo Labsystems/Finnpipettes® pipettes, as well as the pipettors sold by many other manufacturers. This versatility makes our pipette tips some of the most adaptable pipette tips on the market. Scilogex offers sterile and non-sterile pipette tips and micropipette tips across the full range of sizes, from 0.2 μL to 5000 μL. As well as the standard bulk packs of up to 1000 units, our pipette tips are also available in a racked conformation, either in 96 rows of 10 tips (960 units) or 70 rows of 12 tips (840 units), for even greater user convenience.
