Each lab equipment offered by Scilogex was manufactured in ISO90001 accredited partner facilities, has undergone strict quality examination, and are UL-approved with cTUVus and CSA certification marks.
Ultimately however, if you’re not happy and satisfied with your equipment, then we’re not happy either. This is why on top of the 1 to 2-year warranty that we provide with each instrument, you will also be getting 100% after-sales service support from us in the instance that you encounter problems with your newly purchased lab equipment. Simply send your equipment back to us for repair or servicing and we assure you that your unit will be returned to you in perfect working condition within 48 hours of receipt.
